Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the EP and of the Council of 29/04/2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin determine the frames of raw milk qualification, however, national additions to analyse further parameters exist and laboratory systems and test methods differ in the V4 countries.
